Returns

Angels Urned LLC may accept returns on items within 30 days from the date of purchase. We thoroughly inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our return criteria.

To be eligible for a return, the product needs to be returned in unused or new condition, with all original product accessories and inserts, and in the original packaging if possible. Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:

• Custom engraved items
• Items that have been exposed to cremation remains
• Items damaged by the customer
• Items that are older than 30 days from the date of purchase

Initiating a Return

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us at angelsurned@gmail.com with your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if it is approved or rejected. If the return is approved, your refund is going to be processed, and we will apply an automatic credit to your original payment method within a certain period.
